Director of 'Happy Battle' "Lee El · Jin Seo-yeon, Cha Ye-ryun, fighting spirit? I've never witnessed it"
On the afternoon of the 31st, the ENA 'Battle of Happiness' production presentation was held at the Stanford Hotel in Mapo-gu, Seoul. Actors Lee El, Jin Seo-yeon, Cha Ye-ryun, Park Hyo-joo, Woo Jeong-won, and director Kim Yun-cheol attended.
'Battle of Happiness' depicts a fight between one who is trying to hide a secret and one who is trying to reveal it after one of the mothers who competed for happiness on social media died mysteriously.
The subject matter of fighting among upper-class women and finding the culprit has been dealt with in several works. In particular, director Kim Yun-chul's previous film, 'Woman of Dignity' is also a story about finding the culprit. Regarding the difference between 'Happy Battle', he said, "It's a completely different work." "The story of finding the culprit of the dead sister is itself a thriller, and it is different from the structure of solving it. You can think deeply about what family is. If you look at it, it is never light. You will know that it is not a genre work, it is fun and serious because it contains the image of our current life.
Then, when asked if he had ever seen a 'fight of spirit' between the actors filmed together, he said, "I have never witnessed it. I don't know if I did it without my knowledge." I did. I really like it, so I want to do a few more works together."
The first episode of 'Happiness Battle' will be broadcast on the 31st at 9pm.
