'Tae Jin-ah' Eru, only 4 crimes related to drunk driving... First trial today (1st)

On the 1st, the first trial of Eru, who is charged with a total of 4 charges, including aiding and abetting escape from a criminal, aiding and abetting drunk driving, drunk driving and speeding according to the Road Traffic Act, will be held at the Seoul Western District Court Criminal 11 exclusive hearing (Chief Judge Jeong In-jae).
Previously, in September of last year, Yiru drove a car while drunk, but when caught in a crackdown, he switched drivers with passenger A. During the police investigation, Eru denied that he was charged with drunk driving, claiming that Mr. A was driving. Mr. A also appeared to have stated that he was driving. However, the police confirmed that Yiru was behind the wheel.
However, it was decided not to send it again because it was not possible to find evidence that the driver was directly requested to be changed or persuaded or persuaded. However, Mr. A was sent to the prosecution in November of last year on charges of helping the criminal escape by hiding his crime. It was confirmed that Yiru had a conversation with Mr. A, and charges of aiding and abetting the escape were applied.
In addition, Yiru also committed a related crime in December of last year. He got drunk and had an acquaintance drive his car, and on the same day he got into an accident while drinking and driving. It is known that Eru's blood alcohol level was at the level of license suspension.
