54-year-old American actress, 53kg·23-inch waist “No procedure, high-protein, low-sugar diet”

Actress Jennifer Aniston revealed her health secret.

According to the Daily Mail report on the 16th (local time), Aniston follows a high-protein, low-carbohydrate, and low-sugar diet that maintains a height of 5 feet 5 inches (about 165 cm), weight of 117 pounds (about 53 kg), and a waist of 23 inches.

Aniston does cardio five days a week and also attends 10- to 20-minute Pvolve (fitness brand: science-led workouts that combine low-impact fitness with resistance-based equipment) classes.

Aniston has been known to enjoy an occasional martini or tequila on cheat days. He thinks it's important to hike with his dog and get plenty of fresh air, and he enjoys meditating.

An aide said, "Jen is not worried about aging and is not interested in cosmetic procedures. Instead, she focuses on being 'healthy and happy' as she grows up as a woman."

Aniston scorned the phrase "you look good for your age" in an interview, exclaiming, "It drives me crazy. I can't stand it. It's society's habit that we have these marks."

"I'm in better shape than when I was in my 20s. I feel like I'm better in mind, body and spirit. It's all 100% better," he emphasized.

Aniston recently starred in 'Murder Mystery 2,' starring Adam Sandler.
