Goo Hye-sun "I want 100 million unpaid appearance fee"... Lost lawsuit against former agency

According to the legal community on the 18th, the 63rd Civil Settlement Division of the Seoul Central District Court ruled against the plaintiff in a lawsuit against Goo Hye-sun for non-payment of 107 million won in appearance fee to HB Entertainment, her former agency.
On this day, HB Entertainment said in an official position, "According to the arbitration judgment of the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board that Gu Hye-sun should compensate HB Entertainment for damages due to the termination of the exclusive contract on April 20, 2020," HB paid compensation for damages. We applied for an additional ruling to challenge the validity of the above arbitration award, but it was dismissed on July 1, 2020, and the above arbitration award was finally approved and confirmed by the Supreme Court on April 16, 2021.”
"Separately, on February 18, 2020, Goo Hye-sun filed a lawsuit with the Seoul Central District Court, demanding money from HB Entertainment to pay profits from YouTube videos, and claiming the copyright of the videos published on the HB Entertainment channel. On April 15, 2015, the Seoul Central District Court made a ruling dismissing all of the elder (Koo Hye-sun)'s groundless claims."
The dispute between the two sides began in 2019 in a divorce lawsuit against Goo Hye-sun's ex-husband, actor Ahn Jae-hyun. At the time, Goo Hye-sun notified HB Entertainment of the termination of her exclusive contract and filed a lawsuit demanding unpaid performance fees.

We would like to inform you about the outcome of the lawsuit against Ku Hye-sun.
1) On April 20, 2020, Goo Hye-sun paid HB Entertainment damages in accordance with the arbitration judgment of the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board that HB Entertainment should compensate for damages due to the termination of the exclusive contract.
2) Later, Goo Hye-sun applied for an additional ruling to challenge the validity of the above arbitration award, but was rejected on July 1, 2020, and the above arbitration award was finally approved and confirmed by the Supreme Court on April 16, 2021.
3) Meanwhile, Ku Hye-sun separately filed a lawsuit with the Seoul Central District Court on February 18, 2020, claiming money from HB Entertainment to pay profits from YouTube videos, and claiming the copyright of the videos published on the HB Entertainment channel. .
However, on April 15, 2023, the Seoul Central District Court ruled to dismiss all of the above groundless claims of the plaintiff (Koo Hye-seon).
