Daye Kim "Victims of Fake News Jun Ji-Hyun, Song Hye-Kyo, YouTuber Kim Yong-Ho"
On the 26th, a video titled 'The reason Park Soo-hong was the only victim of Kim Yong-ho to go to the end' was uploaded on the YouTube channel of 'Noh Jong-eon Kim Da-ye Real News'.
In the released video, Kim Da-ye mentioned the names of famous celebrities, saying, "Kim Yong-ho has attacked and falsely slandered numerous celebrities and broadcast them as if he were treating them as snacks." He announced that not only actor Jeon Ji-hyeon, but also Kim Seong-ryung, Han Ye-seul, Song Hye-kyo, Kim Hye-soo, and Seo Jang-hoon fell victim to Kim Yong-ho.
Attorney Noh Jong-eon said, "I think it's better to spread a press release if an indictment is filed." After hearing this, Daye Kim talked about the reason for not responding directly, saying, "There will be victims who avoid getting involved with Mr. Kim Yong-ho because the wounds are so great."
Attorney Noh Jong-un also said, "There is a way for Kim Yong-ho to go to the victim and shed tears and ask for forgiveness and withdraw the case, or the victim goes to Kim Yong-ho and agrees with Kim Yong-ho in some way and ends the case."
He continued, "In our case, (Kim Yong-ho) never said that he would come to an agreement, that he was sorry, or that he was asking for forgiveness. Only for us? I want to."
Daye Kim said, “Kim Yong-ho publicly broadcast 25 false facts 31 times.” “The person known as the informant is related to the perpetrator. The false facts are Kim Yong-ho's solo crimes, so we can't escape now."
In addition, he added, "I really wanted to inform the police when they acknowledged all the charges and sent them with an opinion of prosecution in order to relieve my injustice, and when I was charged with false facts by the prosecution, I wanted to inform them so much in order to clear my false charges."
Attorney Noh Jong-eon also commented, "Celebrities feel a tremendous burden to be publicized, but Park Soo-hong actively acted to reveal the truth and resolve misunderstandings, and never yielded to any conciliation. In that sense, he was a very strong-willed person."
Kim Da-ye said, "Celebrity colleagues stopped the lawsuit. There were also famous celebrities. (But) in the case of Park Soo-hong and me, all the false facts were obvious. With 25 complaints, the person concerned would be unable to live a daily life. If it is not corrected, daily life is impossible. So I filed a complaint, and for more than two years I have been fighting and shouting the truth."
In addition, she supported her husband, saying, "Park Soo-hong really seems to have become an icon of tremendous courage for the victims of injustice and the eradication of fake news. Isn't it very unusual among celebrities? I want to applaud with respect."
