Hyunyoung gave 500 million won and didn't get 350 million won... 60 billion won fraud damage involved
While Mr. A, an operator in his 50s, was handed over to trial in a state of arrest for a fraudulent case of tens of billions of won at Mom Cafe, it was revealed that broadcaster Hyun-young had a close relationship with Mr. A.

The 5th Criminal Division of the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office arrested and indicted Mr. A, the operator of Mamcafe, on charges of violating the Act on Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) and the Act on the Regulation of Similar Receiving Acts last month.

Mr. A is accused of stealing 14.2 billion won in money and goods from 61 people while operating an Internet mom cafe from November 2019 to September of last year, and receiving about 46.4 billion won from 282 people. Quasi-receipt is an act of obtaining funds from an unspecified number of people by promising to guarantee the principal without permission from the financial authorities.

Hyunyoung also sent a total of 500 million won to Mr. A, the operator of Mom Cafe, from April 29 last year. Hyun-Young was deceived by saying that if he lent money to Mr. A, he would pay 7% monthly interest and repay the principal in 6 months.

Hyunyoung only received 35 million won per month as interest on 500 million won for 5 months, but did not receive 325 million won equivalent to the principal amount. In response, Hyun-young sued Mr. A, the operator of Mom Cafe, for fraudulent borrowing money, and the police charged Mr. A with fraud under the Special Police Act.

Hyunyoung, who has mainly been involved in entertainment activities, recently signed an exclusive contract with Noah Entertainment, an agency specializing in actors, and heralded a leap forward as an actress.
