BTS Maintains Top 3 Spot on Billboard Global Charts for 6 Consecutive Weeks

BTS continues to dominate the Billboard 'Global' charts, securing a spot in the 'Top 3' for six consecutive weeks.

According to the latest charts released by Billboard on May 5th, the title track 'SWIM' from BTS's fifth studio album 'ARIRANG' has climbed to the 2nd position on both the 'Global Excl. U.S.' and 'Global 200' charts. Notably, 'SWIM' rose one spot on the 'Global 200' compared to the previous week. All 13 tracks from the album, excluding the instrumental 'Bell of King Seongdeok,' have remained on these charts for six weeks.

BTS is also performing well on Billboard's main charts. 'ARIRANG' has maintained its position in the top ranks, securing the 5th spot on the 'Billboard 200' for six weeks. This album made history as the first Korean artist's work to achieve three consecutive weeks at number one on this chart. 'SWIM' also continues its presence on the 'Hot 100' chart, currently at 32nd place for the sixth week.

'ARIRANG' ranks 4th in 'Top Album Sales' and 11th in 'Top Streaming Albums.' The 'Vinyl Albums' chart saw a three-spot rise, placing it at 5th. 'SWIM' maintains strong positions in 'Digital Song Sales' (16th) and 'Adult Contemporary' (19th). It is also featured in 'Pop Airplay' (12th), 'Adult Pop Airplay' (14th), and 'Radio Songs' (24th). The 2017 track 'Pied Piper,' performed during the recent 'BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG'' concert in Tampa, re-entered the 'World Digital Song Sales' chart at 9th, showcasing the concert's impact.

BTS kicked off their 'BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN NORTH AMERICA' on April 25th in Tampa, covering 12 cities with 31 shows. On May 2nd and 3rd, they performed at the Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso, drawing a crowd of approximately 100,000. The tour will continue in Mexico City at Estadio GNP Seguros starting May 7th.
