Gong Myung Shines in 'Secret Inspector': A New High in Ratings and Romance

Gong Myung is captivating audiences in the tvN weekend drama 'Secret Inspector'.

In the fourth episode, aired on the 3rd, Gong Myung's character, 'No Gi-jun', the ace of the inspection office, adds a turning point to his relationship with Shin Hye-sun's character, 'Joo In-ah', intensifying the drama's atmosphere. The episode achieved its highest ratings yet, with an average of 8.1% (peaking at 9.5%) in the Seoul metropolitan area and 7.9% (peaking at 9.1%) nationwide, marking a 3.1% increase from the previous episode.

However, Joo In-ah remained unfazed, creating a subtle tension between them. Meanwhile, a new character, James, the CTO of Haemu Electronics, emerged, leading to further developments. Accompanying Joo In-ah to investigate Haemu Electronics, No Gi-jun sensed something amiss, and Joo In-ah found clues in the records, bringing them closer to the truth. They eventually followed James to a hotel, uncovering an attempted assault on a researcher, and turned the case around. This incident also marked a shift in their relationship dynamics.

However, the arrival of an additional tip-off email about Joo In-ah stirred the situation again. A photo of Joo In-ah embracing a man wearing a ring unsettled No Gi-jun, leading him back to the art academy where he confronted Joo In-ah and, realizing his feelings, kissed her, delivering an unexpected ending.
