Baseball Legend Yang Joon-hyuk Eyes 'Physical Genius' Woo-hyung as Future Son-in-Law

Yang Joon-hyuk, 56, has his sights set on Woo-hyung, the son of 'Physical Genius' Jung Ji-sun, as a potential son-in-law. Born in 2014, Woo-hyung is ten years older than Yang's daughter, who was born in 2024.

On the upcoming episode of KBS2's variety show 'The Boss Has Donkey Ears' (hereafter referred to as 'The Boss'), airing on the 3rd, Yang Joon-hyuk is immediately captivated by Woo-hyung, commenting on his impressive build.

Woo-hyung, a sixth grader, stands at 173cm with a shoe size of 295mm, boasting a larger foot size than Yang Joon-hyuk himself. Yang quickly recognizes Woo-hyung's physical talent, suggesting that he could become a star if he pursued baseball. Upon learning that Woo-hyung has been practicing Hapkido since the age of five, Yang expresses regret, saying, "If I had met him earlier, he would already be playing baseball."

Yang's admiration for Woo-hyung doesn't stop there. Impressed by Woo-hyung's excellent manners and hearty appetite, Yang remarks, "He's perfect as a son-in-law," and even takes Woo-hyung to his fish farm, hinting at him as a potential successor. Comedian Park Myung-soo quips, "Lucky him. The fish farm will all be Woo-hyung's," expressing envy.

Whether Woo-hyung will transition from the only son of a Chinese restaurant owner to the youngest son-in-law of a fish farm owner remains to be seen. Yang Joon-hyuk's fascination with Jung Ji-sun's son Woo-hyung will be revealed on 'The Boss' airing at 4:40 PM.
