Jo Yeo-jeong Shares Her Healthy Lifestyle and Announces Return to TV


Actress Jo Yeo-jeong has revealed her vibrant and healthy lifestyle.

On the 1st, Jo Yeo-jeong took to her social media to post several photos with the caption, “Where did April go?” The photos show Jo enjoying a morning walk, wearing a hat, mask, and headphones.

Another photo captures Jo's meal, consisting of multigrain rice, side dishes, and soup, indicating her commitment to a healthy Korean diet.

Previously, Jo Yeo-jeong was reported to be 163cm tall and weigh 43kg. She appeared on the SBS variety show 'Whenever Possible' last year, where she shared, “I eat regular meals for lunch, but my dinner menu is restricted,” adding that she usually skips breakfast, effectively practicing one meal a day.

Meanwhile, Jo Yeo-jeong is set to return to the small screen with the Coupang Play series 'Adultery Is Not a Problem Right Now.' The black comedy revolves around the entanglements of a popular influencer couple and their neighboring doctor couple, featuring actors Kim Hye-soo and Kim Ji-hoon.
