Actress Kim Jung-nan Reveals Her Secret to Maintaining a Slim Figure for 35 Years


Actress Kim Jung-nan has unveiled the secret behind maintaining her slim figure for 35 years.

On the 29th, Kim Jung-nan's YouTube channel featured a video titled 'Kim Jung-nan's 10-Minute Diet Routine to Maintain 50kg for 35 Years (-3kg Quick Weight Loss).' In the video, Kim expressed her surprise at her home training short-form video surpassing 2 million views and shared her daily exercise routine.

She mentioned, "I also look up workout videos on YouTube and do them whenever I have time," and demonstrated a home training session. While seated, Kim used a band to perform lower body exercises, stating, "Using a band can help create a beautiful body line." She added, "When I was in my 20s, having a big butt was embarrassing, but now it's trendy among young people. It looks great and healthy."

After her workout and shower, Kim shared her skincare routine, emphasizing, "You have to be diligent to look beautiful." She revealed, "I'm about to start filming. It's been a month since I started dieting, and I've lost about 3kg. But my cheeks have sunken, making my skin look saggy. I can't skip dieting because of belly fat, so I realized I need to manage my skin simultaneously."

Kim Jung-nan, born in 1971, is 54 years old this year. She debuted as a KBS 14th public recruitment talent in 1991 and gained recognition through dramas like 'Time Between Dog and Wolf,' 'A Gentleman's Dignity,' and 'Bridal Mask.'
