Korean Comedian Kim Na-hee Announces Marriage Amidst Love Line Speculations

Korean comedian Kim Na-hee is set to tie the knot this August in Seoul, as confirmed by MOM Entertainment on the 28th. Her fiancé is reportedly a businessman with a background at the global consulting firm McKinsey. The couple met last year through mutual acquaintances.

While the entertainment industry has showered Kim with congratulations, some have raised questions about her participation in a dating show while allegedly in a relationship. Kim appeared on TV Chosun's 'Joseon's Love Match' in May and June of last year.

During the show, Kim was set up on a blind date with Kim Dong-young, the son of comedians Kim Hak-rae and Im Mi-sook. Im Mi-sook notably offered Kim Na-hee a Chinese restaurant if she became her daughter-in-law.

Kim Na-hee debuted in 2013 as part of KBS's 28th class of comedians. She gained recognition through 'Gag Concert' and 'Comedy Big League.' In 2019, she placed fifth on TV Chosun's 'Miss Trot Tomorrow' and has since released songs like 'Ring of Love,' 'Don't Shake,' 'Bad Woman,' and 'Que Sera Sera.'
