After three consecutive weeks of declining ratings, Kim Tae-ho's variety show 'Manito Club' is coming to an end.
The final episode, airing on October 26 at 6:05 PM on MBC, will feature the last journey of Cha Tae-hyun, Park Bo-young, Lee Sun-bin, Hwang Kwang-hee, Kang Hoon, Lee Soo-ji, and Chef Yoon Nam-no as they gather to support the KBO's first citizen club, the Ulsan Whales, in a secret Manito event. 'Manito Club' saw its ratings drop from 2.3% in episode 8 to a series low of 1.0% in episode 11.
In a preview clip, the third group of members is seen passionately rehearsing for the 'Ulsan Unbeatable' cheer choreography, capturing viewers' attention. Lee Sun-bin, who opened the 'choreography class,' showcased her teaching skills by highlighting key points, inspired by an orca's tail pose. Cha Tae-hyun joined in with an impromptu skit, calling her "our teacher," while Chef Yoon Nam-no added to the warm atmosphere by complimenting her as a "very pretty online instructor."
The segment reminiscent of a military chant, featuring a 'fist pounding' pose, brought laughter with the members' serious expressions. Lee Soo-ji took it a step further with a dramatic hip dance, turning the rehearsal into a comedy scene. However, the light-hearted mood was short-lived as Lee Sun-bin commanded attention with a 'lion's roar' at members who were distracted during practice. Park Bo-young, a close friend for eight years, immediately knelt down, declaring, "Repetition is the only way to survive," showing her determination.
With the final ending pose completed, the scene shifted to the day of the event, heightening curiosity. The members, with nervous anticipation, made a surprise appearance behind the Ulsan Whales players, marking the highlight of the secret Manito event.
Park Bo-young, addressing the unaware Ulsan Whales players, asked, "Do you think our clumsy cheer reached you?" before revealing, "We created a choreography. Let us show you," adding to the excitement. All eyes are on how the members' hard-earned cheer choreography will be received and what conclusion their support journey for the Ulsan Whales will reach.
