Previously, Lee married a businessman nine years her senior in 2017 and had a son the following year. However, the couple parted ways after eight years. Four months post-divorce, Lee announced her second pregnancy on social media, sparking interest. She revealed, "During my marriage, I prepared for a second child through IVF. However, time passed without implanting the fertilized embryo, and discussions about divorce naturally arose." She continued, "As all legal matters were being settled, coincidentally, the five-year storage period for the frozen embryo was nearing expiration, prompting me to decide on implantation."
Born in 1982, Lee Si-young is 44 years old and welcomed a daughter last October. She is currently raising her two children as a single mother.
