The third episode of KBS 2TV's sports variety show 'Our Neighborhood Baseball Captain', airing on the 26th, will feature a match between Park Yong-taek's 'Little Twins' and Lee Dae-ho's 'Little Giants' in the first game of the second round.
In the opening match, the Little Twins defeated Kim Tae-kyun's 'Little Eagles', while the Little Giants triumphed over Na Ji-wan's 'Little Tigers', proving their strength as formidable teams. This upcoming game will determine the sole leader of the league, heightening the tension between coaches Park Yong-taek and Lee Dae-ho.
Before the game, Coach Lee Dae-ho remarked, "The Twins players are really big," admiring their impressive physicality. He confidently added, "Just like small peppers are spicy, the Giants will win with solid fundamentals and cohesion. We're not afraid."
Coach Park Yong-taek acknowledged, "The Giants are not an easy team," but provocatively stated, "The Twins have a Dominican Republic style. Baseball is a team sport with all 12 members, so Coach Lee Dae-ho's composure will vanish after the game."
Commentator Lee Dae-hyung, who visited both teams' practice sessions, predicted a "5:5" score, raising curiosity about whether his prediction will come true. He also hinted at a high-level match, calling it a "preview of the championship game."
In the actual game, the Little Twins will feature newcomer Han No-ah as the starting catcher, impressing other team coaches with his exceptional power and physique. In response, the Little Giants will deploy their hidden ace, Lee Do-young, as the new starting pitcher to continue their strategic gameplay.
The anticipation builds as fans wonder who will claim the top spot between Park Yong-taek's Seoul 'Little Twins' and Lee Dae-ho's Busan 'Little Giants'.
'Our Neighborhood Baseball Captain' airs at 9:20 PM.
