Kwon Hae-sung Joins JTBC's New Drama 'Chairman Kang': A Tale of Second Chances
Actor Kwon Hae-sung continues his busy career by joining JTBC's new weekend drama 'Chairman Kang'.

JTBC's weekend drama 'Chairman Kang' tells the story of Kang Yong-ho, played by Son Hyun-joo, the chairman of the prestigious Choi Sung Group, known as the god of business. After an accident, he is forced to live an unwanted second life, creating a captivating remind-life story. The drama has already garnered attention with its star-studded lineup, including Lee Jun-young, Lee Joo-myung, Jeon Hye-jin, Jin Goo, and Son Hyun-joo.

Kwon Hae-sung takes on the role of 'Min Seok-do', a neurosurgery professor at Hangang University Hospital and the husband of Kang Yong-ho's second daughter, Kang Jae-kyung, played by Jeon Hye-jin. Despite knowing that Jae-kyung chose him out of rebellion against her father, Min Seok-do decides to love her. Touched by Jae-kyung's sincere confession that life has never been easy despite being a chaebol, he resolves to give her everything she desires and actively supports her in becoming the next chairman.

Recently, Kwon Hae-sung left a strong impression on viewers by perfectly portraying the role of 'Min Yong-gil', a childish husband, in KBS 2TV's weekend drama 'Prescribing Love'. Known for his sly acting, which earned him the nickname 'anger inducer', he is expected to showcase a different acting style in this new project as he transforms into a chaebol son-in-law supporting his ambitious wife.

Meanwhile, JTBC's new weekend drama 'Chairman Kang', featuring actor Kwon Hae-sung, is set to premiere on May 30th at 10:40 PM.
