Comedian Heo Kyung-hwan has spoken out about the rumors surrounding his alleged $6.7 million fortune.
On the 21st, the YouTube channel 'Al-ddal-ddal Han Chamgyeon' released a video titled 'Sky Castle Woojoo SF9 Chani, Flipping the Table in Honest Talk'.
During the episode, Ahn Jae-hyun mentioned, "Right after the first episode aired, the 'Truth Game' was intense. There were many articles about Heo Kyung-hwan's '80 billion won fortune'."
Heo Kyung-hwan laughed, saying, "Many people seem interested in truths about us that aren't that intriguing," while Muji joked, "Heo Kyung-hwan's 80 billion up and down," causing laughter.
Previously, during the 'Truth Game', Heo Kyung-hwan was asked if his fortune was over 80 billion won, to which he responded by taking a drink instead of answering. Muji then confidently exclaimed, "Heo Kyung-hwan's 80 billion!" creating a humorous 'fake news' moment.
Heo Kyung-hwan clarified, "It would be impressive to have that much in cash, but there's a lot of volatility. It's not what people think. Once again, the truth is quite different." Muji added humor by saying, "I'll leave it to everyone's imagination."
In addition to the rumors about his fortune, Heo Kyung-hwan is also surrounded by speculation about his lucrative advertising deals. When Chani mentioned filming a liquor commercial, Heo Kyung-hwan said, "I don't think I've done liquor ads. I recently got an offer for a noodle ad." Muji then asked, "How much did you get? About 300 million won?" drawing attention.
Heo Kyung-hwan replied, "No," and added, "Don't say anything. Strange articles will come out," showing his discomfort. Muji playfully responded, "I was just asking."
Meanwhile, Heo Kyung-hwan, who is 45 years old, shared his thoughts on marrying an older partner, saying, "Even if they're older, only up to two years. If the age gap is too big, our paths might diverge. We might end up just taking care of each other's health."
