Park So-jin Returns to the Stage After 5 Years with 'Flowers, Stars Passing By'


Born in 1986, former Girl's Day member and actress Park So-jin is making her return to the stage after five years with the play 'Flowers, Stars Passing By'. This marks her first theatrical performance since entering her 40s.

The play 'Flowers, Stars Passing By' is a narrative of healing for those who were born as flowers and became stars, as well as for everyone living with deep emotional scars. Having previously received critical acclaim, the announcement of Park So-jin's participation has heightened audience anticipation.

In the play, Park So-jin takes on the role of Mi-ho, a florist who harbors deep sorrow. As she prepares flowers to celebrate her friend Hee-min's birthday, she confronts figures from a haunting past. Park So-jin is expected to bring Mi-ho's story to life with intensified emotions, showcasing her presence on stage.

Park So-jin has proven her versatility across various genres in dramas such as 'Shooting Stars', 'Alchemy of Souls', 'Bora! Deborah', 'Beneficial Fraud', and 'Cinderella at 2 AM'. Known for her sincere performances, she has built a strong rapport with viewers. Her return to the stage, following her last play 'Perfect Strangers' five years ago, is highly anticipated for the comfort and lingering impact she will deliver.

The play 'Flowers, Stars Passing By', featuring Park So-jin, will be performed from June 16 to August 23, 2026, at NOL Seokyeong Square Scone Hall 1. The cast also includes Jin Sun-kyu, Lee Hee-jun, and Go Bo-gyeol.
