Choi Hwa-jung Reveals Her Secrets to Maintaining Her Figure for a Decade at 65


Korean TV personality Choi Hwa-jung has caught attention for maintaining her figure for over a decade.

On October 16, Choi Hwa-jung's YouTube channel, 'Hello, This is Choi Hwa-jung,' released a video titled 'Top 5 Items That Helped 65-Year-Old Choi Hwa-jung Maintain Her Figure for 10 Years.' In the video, Choi expressed her ambition to wear the same outfit she wore during the first broadcast of 'Choi Hwa-jung Show' 10 years ago, while also voicing concerns about her figure.

Choi humorously admitted to the production team, "I failed to lose weight," and laughed. She confessed, "I couldn't lose weight, so the clothes might be too tight. This is the best I can do." She further revealed, "The skirt was too tight, and I tried to secretly buy a larger size, but there wasn't one available, so I had to stretch the clothes."

Explaining her diet struggles, Choi said, "Even with personal training, I couldn't get rid of the fat on my back. I ate too much during the last shoot, and the tripe hot pot was so delicious that I finished it all," bringing laughter. When asked if she has been dieting continuously, Choi replied, "I eat today and start again tomorrow. I love eating too much to give it up," sharing her realistic diet challenges.

Born in 1961, Choi Hwa-jung is 65 years old. She actively shares sustainable diet plans and exercise routines on her YouTube channel. In a video from March, she disclosed her typical diet, saying, "When I fast, I do it all day. It makes me feel comfortable. I eat things like boiled eggs, yogurt, and asabi."
