Ayane Miura, wife of actor Lee Ji-hoon, has announced her second pregnancy.
On the 15th, Ayane shared a video on her social media, stating, "I can finally share the good news." In the video, she revealed her journey to pregnancy, which included enduring two miscarriages, four embryo transfers, and increased medication.
Ayane expressed her deep affection and excitement for their second child, affectionately nicknamed 'Bokbok,' saying, "With the help of family and many tears, we are now becoming a family of four." She added, "Currently, I'm about eight weeks along, and Bokbok is growing well. Although I'm battling morning sickness, I'm grateful for it."
The video received an outpouring of congratulations and support online. Netizens commented, "Congratulations," "You've been through a lot," and "Wishing you a healthy delivery."
In response to some criticism about announcing the pregnancy before the stable period, Ayane replied, "Please pray for us. I've had many miscarriages." Her husband, Lee Ji-hoon, also commented, "Can't you just congratulate us?"
Lee Ji-hoon married Ayane Miura, a former member of the Japanese girl group Tweety, in 2021. Ayane, born in 1993, is 32 years old. The couple welcomed their first child through IVF after three years of marriage. Ayane has previously shared her experiences with miscarriage and attempts at pregnancy.
