How 'Becoming a Building Owner in Korea' Dominates Drama Buzz for Four Consecutive Weeks
'Becoming a Building Owner in Korea' has topped the weekend drama buzz for four consecutive weeks. Actor Ha Jung-woo makes his return to the small screen after 19 years through this series.

With only two episodes left until the finale, tvN's weekend drama 'Becoming a Building Owner in Korea' (hereafter 'Building Owner') has viewers eagerly anticipating how the misdeeds of Gi Soo-jong (played by Ha Jung-woo) and Kim Sun (played by Im Soo-jung) will conclude as they strive to protect their building and family. Despite the excitement, 'Building Owner' is struggling with a viewership rating in the 3% range.

In its intense latter half, 'Building Owner' has claimed the top spot in the weekend drama category for four consecutive weeks in the April 2nd week TV-OTT buzz survey by Good Data Corporation's FUNdex. It also achieved the number one spot in both the overall and drama categories on the OTT platform TVING for the same week.

Adding to the intrigue, Kim Eui-sung, Park Byung-eun, and Joo Ji-hoon make special appearances, enhancing the unpredictable storyline of 'Building Owner' until the end. In the released stills, Kim Eui-sung's wary expression piques curiosity. Known for his intense villain roles, Kim Eui-sung is set to showcase a different side in 'Building Owner', drawing attention.

Park Byung-eun, dressed in a suit, is set to appear as a smart-looking lawyer, sparking interest in whose lawyer he will be and what role he will play. His solid acting skills are expected to make 'Building Owner's' dramatic developments even more impactful.

Joo Ji-hoon, in a black leather coat, is set to make a surprise appearance in the finale. He will play a mysterious character who appears before Gi Soo-jong (Ha Jung-woo). The stills of Joo Ji-hoon exude an extraordinary aura, heightening curiosity about his enigmatic role.

The cameo appearances of these top-tier actors, which alone raise expectations, were made possible through their connections with Ha Jung-woo and director Im Pil-sung. Park Byung-eun and Joo Ji-hoon, who previously supported the drama with special appearances early on, continue the trend of loyal support following Kim Nam-gil's earlier cameo. Renowned actor Kim Eui-sung adds a unique charm to the drama, honoring his bond with director Im Pil-sung.

'Building Owner' episode 11 will air on the 18th, and the finale, episode 12, will be broadcast on the 19th at 9:10 PM.
