Ha Ji-won faces a career crisis as her private video leaks online.
In the upcoming episode 9 of ENA's Monday-Tuesday drama 'Climax', airing on the 13th, the aftermath of a leaked video featuring Choo Sang-ah's (played by Ha Ji-won) same-sex bed scene unfolds, causing turmoil.
Bang Tae-seop (played by Joo Ji-hoon) suffers a severe blow ahead of the election and attempts to mitigate the damage by issuing a public apology. However, he struggles to withstand the political pressure from the shifted public opinion and internal party demands. Choo Sang-ah also faces the potential halt of her acting career due to the video's spread, confronting unavoidable scrutiny and responsibility.
As past events surrounding the two characters come to light, emotions clash head-on, and relationships spiral irreversibly. Meanwhile, Lee Yang-mi (played by Cha Joo-young) seizes the opportunity amidst the chaos, adding tension to the unfolding narrative.
The newly released stills vividly depict the transformed states of the characters post-incident. Bang Tae-seop, standing alone with his wounds, reveals his dire situation, while the scene of him entering the Changjo Party conference room conveys the tension of seeking a last resort. Another still shows Choo Sang-ah deep in thought during a phone call, surrounded by reporters, highlighting her central role in the crisis. Additionally, the images of Lee Yang-mi and Son Guk-won, along with Hwang Jung-won (played by Nana) checking something in the dark, heighten curiosity about each character's next move.
With only two episodes left until the finale, all eyes are on the decisions Bang Tae-seop, Choo Sang-ah, and Lee Yang-mi will make. 'Climax' airs every Monday and Tuesday at 10 PM on ENA and is also available on KT Genie TV and Disney+.
