Rising actress Kim So-hee has been cast as the lead in a new episode of the SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Shin-i and Law Office'.
Kim So-hee will appear in episodes 10 and 11 of 'Shin-i and Law Office', airing on the 11th and 17th, as the young Jeong-hee, a 'new woman' from 1979. She will portray the past of Jeong-hee's grandmother, a new client of the law office. After graduating from a famous fashion academy, she is set to depict a proactive character who boldly prepares for business with the marriage funds given by her parents.
Kim So-hee is a rising star who was selected as the female lead in the LG Uplus teen drama 'Fragile', overcoming a competition ratio of 2500 to 1 in 2024. In 'Fragile', she left a strong impression on the public by delicately portraying the 'taboos' and concerns faced by teenagers in their last years before adulthood. She has also been active as a model for famous fashion brands and appeared in the music video for 'Banjitgo-ri' by 'Gugak Trot Prodigy' Ryu Yeon-ju, drawing attention. Her role as young Jeong-hee in 'Shin-i and Law Office' was also secured through fierce auditions, and there is growing interest in the unique presence and fresh charm she will bring to the show.
'Shin-i and Law Office' is a peculiar yet warm adventure of 'possessed lawyer' Shin-i (played by Yoo Yeon-seok), who resolves the grudges of the deceased, and 'cold-blooded elite lawyer' Han Na-hyeon (played by Lee Som), who stakes everything on winning.
