K-Pop Group SeeYa Reunites After 15 Years, Reveals Shocking Past with Former Agency
K-pop group SeeYa, who recently reunited after 15 years, has made shocking revelations about their past experiences with their former agency.

On October 8, the YouTube channel 'YouTube Ha Ji-young' released a video titled 'Nam Gyu-ri Confession: "I Have a Phobia of Blind Dates" SeeYa's First Love Story Revealed!'.

The group SeeYa, who recently reunited after 15 years, held a fan meeting to reconnect with their fans. During the event, host Ha Ji-young prompted the members to share candid stories about their difficult past.

Lee Bo-ram recalled, "It wasn't that we didn't have time; we really didn't have money. We were kicked out of restaurants, and even when the company told us to eat at the restaurant next to our dorm, they would tell us to leave when we greeted them. The company promised to pay, but they didn't, so we were told to leave. Our credit was overdue by three months," she revealed, shocking the audience.

She continued, "At home, we only had cereal and instant noodles. Fans might think all celebrities are wealthy, but we weren't making money. I realized that being a celebrity was like a gilded cage."

Nam Gyu-ri added, "As our individual activities increased, misunderstandings grew, and good stories became less important while bad stories were amplified, leading to conflicts," she explained.

Lee Bo-ram also revealed, "An older sister would call and ask, 'Did you really do this?' trying to pit us against each other with lies."

Nam Gyu-ri recalled, "When we had events all day, we would eat ramen with rice at rest stops and quickly grab a piece of bread or a triangle kimbap to fill our stomachs. Outside, fans would follow us, and back at the dorm, we would eat instant noodles on the floor with newspapers spread out and ants crawling around.

The gap between this reality and our public image was so wide that it was hard to maintain self-esteem as artists," she reflected.

Finally, Lee Bo-ram spoke about their former agency, "They tried to pit us against Nam Gyu-ri. I even said, 'You can check the CCTV,' and Nam Gyu-ri agreed, and we resolved it."

Regarding their reunion, Lee Bo-ram expressed gratitude to the members and fans, saying, "There was fear, but we could come together with just the words SeeYa and fans."
