Actor Shin Jae-ha Triumphantly Returns to Theater with 'Lucky Gosiwon'
Actor Shin Jae-ha has beautifully portrayed the growing pains of youth through the play 'Lucky Gosiwon'.

Shin Jae-ha successfully completed his return to theater after seven years by playing the role of 'Na In-gi' in the play 'Lucky Gosiwon', which concluded on the 5th at the Jiguin Art Hall in Daehak-ro, Seoul.

'Lucky Gosiwon' is a story about individuals who gather in a shared space, each carrying their own failures and wounds. They collide and lean on each other, ultimately realizing that what they believed to be 'luck' might actually be another name for 'happiness'. Set in a realistic space of a gosiwon in a hillside neighborhood under Bukhansan, the play delicately captures the emotions of youth's despair and recovery, love, and solidarity, leaving a lasting impression.

In the play, Na In-gi is a character who loses everything due to a scam and enters the Lucky Gosiwon. Through relationships with others, he learns to find the courage to live again. His warm demeanor, despite living with anxiety and wounds, conveys warmth to the audience.

Notably, 'Lucky Gosiwon' holds special significance as it marks Shin Jae-ha's return to the theater stage after approximately seven years since his appearance in 'Almost, Maine' in 2019. Shin Jae-ha captured both laughter and empathy by intricately portraying the raw face of youth facing failure. His deepened emotional performance on stage demonstrated his stable character portrayal, further expanding his spectrum as an actor.

Through his agency, Shin Jae-ha expressed, "It was a time where excitement and tension coexisted on stage. I learned to let go and enjoy everything on stage, and through this work, I could truly feel that meaning," adding, "I hope 'Lucky Gosiwon' remains a warm and long-lasting memory for the audience. I am grateful to all the audience members who filled the theater."

Meanwhile, Shin Jae-ha is actively showcasing his talents not only in theater but also in various works such as JTBC's 'Shining' and 'Efficient Meeting of Single Men and Women'. As he continues to transform with each role, all eyes are on Shin Jae-ha's future endeavors.
