Go Ah-sung took the stage as the second host for Season 8 of Coupang Play's comedy show 'SNL Korea'.

In the episode released on the 4th, Go Ah-sung captivated viewers from the opening to the closing, showcasing her versatility as an actress known for her 'innocent yet intense' persona. Dressed in a stunning floral dress, she declared, “I will change my representative work from 'Ula Bula Bluejang' to 'SNL Korea' today!” instantly raising the energy of the set.

As the main segments began, her 22-year acting experience met comedy, resulting in explosive performances. She humorously parodied her own hit films like 'Samjin Company English Class', playfully twisting her 'hit archive'. Transforming into a shaman, she delivered a 'copy-paste performance' with Ji Ye-eun, impressing with her uncanny resemblance. Her portrayal of a malfunctioning AI robot had viewers in stitches, proving her 'acting genius' status.

The crew's performances and new segments also shone brightly. The returning popular segment 'Smile Clinic' featured fresh energy from new crew members Ahn Joo-mi, Lee Ah-ra, Jung Chang-hwan, and Jung Hee-soo, drawing attention with their sharp satire on hospital promotions and expanding the storyline.

The flagship segment 'Weekend Update' humorously addressed the recent garbage bag shortage, resonating with viewers. Newcomer 'Gen Z Reporter' Ahn Joo-mi, relying heavily on AI rather than field reporting, left anchor Ahn Young-mi exasperated, hinting at the rise of a new 'star reporter'. The new segment 'Dopamine Cafe' received a warm response, capturing the over-immersed modern individuals with 'SNL Korea's' unique humor.

After giving her all on stage, Go Ah-sung expressed, “This was a huge challenge for me, but it was an honor and a joy to stand on a big stage with the crew.”

Meanwhile, the third episode of 'SNL Korea' Season 8, featuring Song Ji-hyo, will be released on April 11 at 8 PM.
