During the show, Hong Yoon-hwa shared, "I didn't realize how precious and important health is." She revealed that she had torn her cruciate ligament during filming, which led to surgery and hospitalization. This limited her activity, causing a rapid weight gain and resulting in her heaviest weight ever, accompanied by physical pain.

Hong Yoon-hwa shared before-and-after photos of her 40kg weight loss, explaining, "That was when I was slightly slimmer, just two years ago." Reflecting on her past physical state, she said, "Even sitting and talking was hard, and I felt like I was being suffocated even while sleeping." She humorously described her current state as having gone from "a dump truck to a van."

She also revealed that she started running to lose weight and successfully completed a marathon. Hong proudly added, "I finished the race, and I wasn't even last; there were 20 people behind me."
