In the 8th episode of tvN's weekend drama 'How to Become a Building Owner in Korea,' aired on the 5th, Ki Soo-jong (played by Ha Jung-woo) finds himself in a tight spot following the mysterious death of real estate agent Jang Hee-joo.
Ki Soo-jong woke up in a drunken state at Jang Hee-joo's (played by Ryu Abel) real estate office in the previous episode, only to find her dead. Unable to recall the events of that night, he becomes the prime suspect.
Min Hwal-seong is also under suspicion. He possesses a recording of a conversation where Ki Soo-jong confesses to Jang Hee-joo about Kim Sun's (played by Im Soo-jung) affair. The details of how Min Hwal-seong (played by Kim Joon-han) obtained this recording remain unclear.
In a scene from the 8th episode, Ki Soo-jong is seen grabbing Min Hwal-seong by the collar, confronting him. Ki Soo-jong suspects that Min Hwal-seong orchestrated the entire situation to trap him, expressing his anger.
