Dancer Gabi Opens Up About 10-Year U.S. Visa Ban
Dancer Gabi recently shared her story of being denied a U.S. visa, which led to a 10-year ban from entering the country.

In a video posted on 'Gabi Girl' on the 3rd, Gabi discussed with singer John Park her past hopes of living in Los Angeles, which were dashed due to visa issues.

Gabi revealed, “I couldn’t go to the U.S. for 10 years because I was denied a student visa,” adding, “I think they suspected I might stay permanently.”

Recalling the visa denial, Gabi explained, “Even when I asked at the embassy why I received the 'orange paper' (visa denial document), there was no reason given.” She added, “I can go to the U.S. now, but I still have to go through the secondary inspection room.”

When John Park commented, “Isn’t that judging by appearance? Like, ‘This person seems suspicious?’” Gabi responded, “I wasn’t wearing heavy makeup and went very calmly, but I guess they had a bad feeling.”

However, Gabi reflected, “I always wanted to live there, but looking back, maybe living in Korea and visiting LA often was the best choice.” She expressed satisfaction with her current life, saying, “Now I can go to the U.S.”

Meanwhile, Gabi, the leader of the dance crew 'Lachica,' gained fame through Mnet's 'Street Woman Fighter' and continues to be active in various TV shows and YouTube content with her unique character.
