Actress Ahn I-seo is set to make a powerful comeback with a more intense villain character.
Ahn I-seo has been cast in the new drama 'Cruel Meeting' on the global short-form platform DramaBox. 'Cruel Meeting' is a dramatic romance that unfolds as Lee Min-joo (played by Na Hyun-jin), the heir to South Korea's top conglomerate, returns to the country. Her identity is unknown to Choi Young-woong (played by Han Seung-won), the chief secretary who aims for a position in the conglomerate's family. A chance accident with Lee Min-joo leads to conflict and a deadly showdown over the heir's identity.
Ahn I-seo will play Choi Hye-mi, the sister of Choi Young-woong. Choi Hye-mi (played by Ahn I-seo) is the character who first disrupts the engagement meeting. She is a villain who doesn't know how to hide her emotions and exacerbates situations by pushing boundaries.
