Seo In-young has opened up about her family history for the first time.
In a video released on the YouTube channel 'Reformed Seo In-young' on the 1st, she discussed her parents' divorce and her childhood.
Seo In-young shared, “My parents divorced when I was in the third grade,” adding, “My dad raised me and my sibling.”
She continued, “My mom asked for the divorce, and their personalities didn’t match. Even I thought they should have divorced,” she recalled. Notably, she candidly confessed, “I was really happy about the divorce,” drawing attention.
However, she revealed that the subsequent time was not easy.
Seo In-young said, “It was tough after my stepmother came into the picture,” adding, “As a child, I wondered if the divorce was because of her.”
She added, “That wasn’t the case. They got along very well, to the point where even my mom acknowledged it.” She further revealed, “I’ve never talked about this before. I always felt mentally unstable.”
Meanwhile, In-young married a non-celebrity businessman in 2023 but divorced the following year. Seo In-young also shared recent changes in her life. She revealed that she has been selling her luxury shoes and bags for financial reasons, stating, “Things have changed a lot from before.”
