On November 1st, MBC released a teaser video for 'Sora and Jinkyung,' featuring the two stars cautiously engaging in conversation after a long separation.

In the video, Lee So-ra remarked, “I haven’t seen Jinkyung in a really long time. It feels like over 15 years,” while Hong Jin-kyung confessed, “It was particularly difficult to face my sister again.”

The duo also revealed the reason behind their 15-year hiatus. Lee So-ra explained, “We had a gathering, but everyone was going through tough times. I just wanted to leave that group.”

Hong Jin-kyung recalled, “I was exhausted, and we naturally drifted apart.” As they prepared to reunite, Hong Jin-kyung admitted, “I don’t know what to say,” while Lee So-ra confessed, “It was too painful to bring up old wounds,” revealing their emotional turmoil. She added, “I never thought this moment would come again,” hinting at their complex feelings.

Their separation reportedly began in 2008 following the passing of their mutual friend, the late Choi Jin-sil. The close-knit group naturally dissolved as each member dealt with their own grief, leading to years of estrangement.

Their reunion after 15 years serves as a poignant reminder of the enduring weight of past wounds and relationships.
