Seong Hae-eun, a contestant from the TVING reality show 'Transit Love 2', has revealed her diet management tips along with photos from her body profile shoot.

On the 31st, Seong Hae-eun's YouTube channel 'Happy Hae-eun' featured a video titled 'The Secret to Losing 20kg! Diet Meal Vlog'. In the video, Seong Hae-eun candidly shared her thoughts, saying, "I had a really happy winter eating, playing, and resting, and now I'm in trouble." She added, "I have a lot of schedules coming up, and I look like my face is swollen." She sighed and resolved to manage herself strictly, stating, "It's spring now, and clothes are getting thinner, so I can't hide behind them. I need to diet to wear pretty clothes."

Dressed in workout gear, Seong Hae-eun headed to the gym to enjoy weight training and running from the morning. She introduced diet recipes such as tofu sushi and protein aglio olio. Notably, she mentioned preparing for a body profile shoot in the past and shared that she enjoyed eating mushrooms to manage her physique. The body profile photos revealed her toned abs and perfectly angled shoulders, drawing attention.

Reflecting on her body profile shoot, Seong Hae-eun checked her body while wearing a crop top. She stated, "I don't obsess over weight. It's been a while since I last weighed myself," and added, "Focusing on numbers can lead to obsession." She further explained, "I check by my waistline. If I gain belly fat, my body becomes shapeless."

Previously, Seong Hae-eun revealed that she lost 20kg through an extreme diet to secure a job with an airline. She confessed, "Back then, I barely ate and reduced my weight to 50kg at 170cm tall. There was a saying that a flight attendant's weight should be 120 when subtracted from their height," which surprised many.

Meanwhile, Seong Hae-eun, a former Korean Air flight attendant, has transitioned to being an influencer and YouTuber after appearing on 'Transit Love 2'.
