On November 1st, The Black Label teased Taeyang's comeback through an official post on their social media channels.
This marks his first release in nearly three years since his second EP 'Down to Earth' in April 2023. Known for his unique performances and stage presence, Taeyang is ready to captivate audiences and fans once again with new music.
The released image features the word 'QUINTESSENCE' along with a thought-provoking message. It begins with 'The word that stayed in my heart, the word that this era needs the most,' and concludes with 'The most important thing is invisible,' sparking curiosity and heightening anticipation for his comeback.
Meanwhile, Taeyang connected with global fans through a fan meeting tour from July to December last year, visiting seven cities including Seoul.
On the 12th, he is set to headline the Coachella Festival in the U.S. alongside his BIGBANG bandmates, showcasing a variety of performances both as a group and solo.
