Recently, Sang-cheol appeared as a guest on the YouTube channel 'I Am Soolo,' where he candidly shared his daily life and the changes he has experienced since getting married.
Currently residing in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do, Sang-cheol mentioned, “I live with Jeong-sook in Cheongju. Jeong-sook commutes to Seoul and works from home,” giving a glimpse into their newlywed life.
When asked about their dual-income situation, Sang-cheol laughed and said, “I continue to work because I lack the ability,” expressing his realistic concerns.
Sang-cheol currently works in an administrative position at a national university hospital, explaining, “There are various tasks like planning, general affairs, medical affairs, public relations, and auditing, and I work in the medical affairs department.” Despite his busy schedule, he shared how his life has changed since appearing on the show.
He said, “I get greeted at least once or twice a day,” adding, “Patients come in wearing hospital gowns and say they are fans, mentioning they endured treatments by watching 'I Am Solo.'” He continued, “I even receive letters on A4 paper after work and get greeted when getting off the bus,” expressing his newfound popularity.
Meanwhile, Sang-cheol met Jeong-sook during the 'I Am Solo' 28th season special for divorced singles, and they made headlines by revealing their premarital pregnancy after the show. The couple got married in December last year and are currently expecting their first child. Jeong-sook has recently taken a leave of absence after completing her accounting season, with the baby due on April 28.
