On the upcoming episode of KBS2's 'Gag Concert' airing on the 29th, comedian Shim Hyun-seop will appear as a defendant in the 'public trial' segment. Additionally, VERIVERY's Kangmin will make a special appearance in the 'Rather Good' segment, captivating the audience with a dazzling performance.
Prosecutor Park Sung-ho argues, "Shim Hyun-seop debuted in the 20th century in 1994," and adds, "He is a comedian from the era of PC communication jokes. He still performs jokes from the first episode of 'Gag Concert'." He demands severe punishment. In defense, lawyer Park Young-jin counters, "He is not just someone who performs old jokes," and claims, "He is a trendsetter leading the latest trends."
Despite feeling the changes of the times, Shim Hyun-seop reportedly elicited laughter from the audience with ad-libs befitting his reputation as the 'god of impersonations'.
In the 'Rather Good' segment, 'terrorist' Kim Ki-yeol hijacks a flight to Jeju Island, redirecting it to Guam. The unexpected overseas trip excites the passengers, and VERIVERY's Kangmin makes a surprise appearance, astonishing everyone.
Kangmin showcases the performance of 'Free Falling', released on the 26th, in front of 'terrorist' Kim Ki-yeol and the passengers. He also delivers dad jokes, turning the scene into a sea of laughter. Kangmin's performance can be seen in the full broadcast.
'Gag Concert' airs on the 29th at 9:20 PM.
