In episode 10, Sun Woo-chan reassures a worried Song Ha-ran, promising that just as they have endured so far, they will continue to do so. They share their hopes and dreams for the future, exchanging tender glances that reveal the depth of their emotions.

While moving through the building, Sun Woo-chan senses the presence of Cha Soo-jin (played by Lee Joo-yeon) on the first floor, prompting him to quickly relocate with Song Ha-ran. Cha Soo-jin watches their retreating figures with a meaningful gaze.

Later, Sun Woo-chan and Song Ha-ran enjoy a walk after getting out of a taxi, trying to ease the tense atmosphere. Sun Woo-chan expresses his desire to end the day without regrets and eagerly anticipates the birthday gift Song Ha-ran has prepared. He surprises her by correctly guessing that the gift is a cardigan she designed herself, recalling a past wish he made to stay by her side for a long time.

Song Ha-ran, in turn, shows her devotion by researching medical information concerning Sun Woo-chan's health.

Meanwhile, Song Ha-ran helps her sister, Song Ha-young (played by Han Ji-hyun), find necessary books and begins organizing the long-neglected attic. Despite Song Ha-young's remark about it still being winter, Song Ha-ran hints at the change in her heart by saying it's already spring. During cleaning, she discovers an old letter, leaving a lingering sense of nostalgia.

At the same time, Kim Na-na (played by Lee Mi-sook) confides in Park Man-jae (played by Kang Seok-woo) about her fear of losing loved ones, breaking down in tears. Park Man-jae comforts her, promising she will never be alone.
