The top seven contestants from 'The King of Mask Singer 3' are set to meet the 'Knowing Bros' cast.
On October 28 at 9 PM, JTBC's variety show 'Knowing Bros' will feature the stars of the recently concluded 'The King of Mask Singer 3': Hong Ji-yoon, Lee Soo-yeon, Koo Soo-kyung, Kang Hye-yeon, Kim Tae-yeon, and Solji. These talented artists are expected to captivate the hosts with their diverse charms and impressive vocal abilities.
During the episode, the TOP7 will share their growth journeys and the hidden efforts they made during the competition. Hong Ji-yoon, who emerged as the winner, reflects, "When I appeared on 'Miss Trot 2', I debuted without preparation, which was challenging," and adds, "I studied the trot genre diligently afterward, which helped me secure first place in 'The King of Mask Singer 3'." Koo Soo-kyung, who endured a decade of obscurity, reveals, "My nickname is 'Queen of Part-Time Jobs'," and shares that she even worked on making light sticks for famous idols, sparking curiosity about which idols she supported.
The episode will also highlight the adorable updates from the teenage trot singers. 'Smiling Angel' Lee Soo-yeon shares, "I've moved to Goyang City due to my busy schedule," and adds, "Fortunately, my friends are very kind, and I'm doing well," bringing smiles to the hosts. 'Baby Tiger' Kim Tae-yeon humorously clarifies, "I'm not born in the Year of the Tiger, but the Year of the Dragon," and candidly shares, "There are still lyrics that are hard for me to understand," and "I ask my grandmother about love to learn," revealing her challenges as a teenage trot singer.
The TOP7 also express their friendship towards each other. Solji shares a touching story, "One day, Tae-yeon asked if I liked flowers and then gave me flowers, a bagel, and a letter," to which Kim Tae-yeon responds, "Solji unnie is the first person I've given a letter to besides my parents," showcasing their unique bond beyond their age difference.
The guests also reveal that they were most surprised by fellow contestant Cha Ji-yeon. Kang Hye-yeon humorously admits, "Seeing Cha Ji-yeon unnie made me wonder if I should have come," eliciting laughter from the hosts.
