Actress Choi Hee-jin has been cast in the drama 'Love Cloud'.
According to TenAsia's report on the 26th, Choi Hee-jin will appear in 'Love Cloud'. She will play the role of Hanna, a lively member of the Jeju Airport control team.
Previously, the casting of actors Song Joong-ki, Park Ji-hyun, and Lee Si-woo for this project drew attention.
'Love Cloud' is a romantic comedy about Kang Woo-joo, a former flight instructor, and Ahn Ha-ni, a former pilot trainee, who reunite as an air traffic controller and pilot in the mystical Jeju Island, where love becomes like the weather, seven years later. The drama is directed by Song Min-yeop, known for KBS2's 'Youth of May' (2021) and 'High Cookie' (2023). The channel is yet to be decided, and it is scheduled to air in the latter half of this year.
Born in 1996, Choi Hee-jin debuted in the entertainment industry through a 2017 CF for 'Lotteria' and is a graduate of the Korea National University of Arts' School of Drama. She has expanded her acting range with roles in various projects such as 'Snowdrop', 'Hip', and 'Strong Woman Kang Nam-soon'. Last year, she showcased her stable acting skills as a junior veterinarian in 'Motel California' alongside Na In-woo and left an irreplaceable impact as the cat Sonya in 'More Beautiful Than Heaven'.
