BTS has once again proven their global impact with the release of their latest album, 'ARIRANG'.
According to Hanteo Chart, 'ARIRANG', released on the 20th, sold an astounding 3.98 million copies on its first day, securing the top spot on the daily chart.
The album achieved million-seller status within just 10 minutes of its release, surpassing BTS's previous first-week sales record set by 'MAP OF THE SOUL: 7' (3.37 million copies) on its release day alone. Typically, first-week sales are calculated over a seven-day period, but 'ARIRANG' broke records in less than a day.
In just three days, 'ARIRANG' exceeded 4 million in cumulative sales, maintaining its number one position on the Hanteo daily chart for three consecutive days and topping the weekly chart as well. This achievement underscores BTS's continued ability to captivate both global fans and the domestic music market.
