In the video, Jeong-sook and Sang-cheol visit a naming consultant to decide on a name for their soon-to-be-born child. They explained that they chose the nickname 'Na Sol Yi' for their baby because they met on 'I Am Solo' and wanted to honor the show that brought them together and blessed them with a precious life.
The consultant praised the couple's perfect compatibility according to their fortunes, and Jeong-sook and Sang-cheol exchanged shy smiles, displaying the sweetness of their newlywed life. Jeong-sook recently underwent a detailed ultrasound and shared that their son is growing healthily, with the doctor complimenting his good looks, hinting at her already doting nature.
Ahead of the expected delivery date on May 7, Jeong-sook plans to meet her baby via a scheduled C-section on April 28. She proposed that, given the meaningful connection formed through the show, they would like to choose the name through a valuable vote from the viewers, revealing five name candidates: Eun-woo, Ji-won, Lee-hyun, Yoo-chan, and Jeong-hoo.
Jeong-sook, who has gained 14kg during her pregnancy, also shared that they recently registered their marriage. Netizens are celebrating the birth of the first child from the 28th season, which produced the most couples, with enthusiastic responses.
Meanwhile, Jeong-sook, an accountant, and Sang-cheol, an administrative staff member at a national university hospital, initially had differing final choices on the show but became a couple after filming ended, eventually marrying in December 2025. Notably, they were the first couple on the show to reveal a pregnancy before marriage, creating a significant buzz. They are currently setting up their newlywed home in Cheongju and preparing for parenthood.
