Lee Da-eun, a participant from the popular MBN reality show 'Divorced Singles 2', has shocked fans by revealing her recent glaucoma diagnosis.

On October 23, Lee took to her social media to share a heartfelt post, stating, "As someone with severe myopia of -8, I was eagerly looking forward to LASIK surgery." Alongside her message, she posted a video where she is seen sitting in the passenger seat, expressing her gratitude to her husband, Yoon Nam-gi, with a sweet "Thank you, oppa." Yoon responded with a quick peck on her cheek, showcasing their affection.

Despite the loving atmosphere in the video, Lee shared the disappointing news that her corneas are too thin for LASIK or LASEK surgery. She further revealed, "I was also diagnosed with glaucoma, which could lead to vision loss, and honestly, I was in shock."

However, Lee remains optimistic, crediting her husband's support for her positive outlook. She expressed, "I realized how grateful I am for my husband's encouragement, and seeing him smile about having to remind me to take eye drops for life makes me appreciate him even more."

Lee also mentioned her intention to express gratitude more often, advising others, "If saying 'I love you' feels awkward, start with 'thank you.'"

Previously, Lee Da-eun gained recognition for her captivating romance with Yoon Nam-gi on 'Divorced Singles 2'. Although initially hesitant to remarry due to her child, she was moved by Yoon's acceptance and warmth towards her child, ultimately choosing him as her partner.

The couple, who remarried through the show, welcomed their second son in August 2024. They currently share updates on their YouTube channel 'NamDaRiMac'.
