Shinhwa's Jun Jin Reflects on 28th Anniversary with Heartfelt Message to Fans and Bandmates

Shinhwa member Jun Jin (real name Park Choong-jae) shared his thoughts on the group's 28th anniversary.

On the 24th, Jun Jin posted a heartfelt message on his social media, stating, "It's been 28 years since that day filled with orange light." He expressed gratitude, saying, "Both the ambitious Park Choong-jae of our rookie days and the energetic Jun Jin on stage could exist because you were by our side."

Jun Jin thanked his bandmates, saying, "Thank you to our members for standing by each other like brothers and friends for 28 years. It has become our life itself. Let's continue to walk our path as we always have."

He also expressed his appreciation to fans, saying, "Thank you sincerely for being there unchanged for nearly three decades. Your cheers are the biggest driving force that makes my heart race." Despite ongoing controversies surrounding the group, he emphasized Shinhwa's unity by stating, "Let's happily celebrate our 28th anniversary. As always, we are Shinhwa."

Previously, fellow member Kim Dong-wan faced criticism after posting a message in support of MC Ding Dong, who was embroiled in an assault controversy. Kim Dong-wan later deleted the post and apologized. The situation escalated when his former manager posted a critical message online, further fueling the controversy.

Jun Jin debuted with Shinhwa in 1989. In 2020, he married Ryu Yi-seo, a former flight attendant three years his junior. Since their marriage, Jun Jin and his wife have appeared on the SBS variety show 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny.'
