In the fourth episode of the tvN drama 'Landlord', actress Ryu Abel plays the role of Jang Hee-joo, a real estate agent who uses redevelopment information to prevent Ha Jung-woo's character from selling his 3 billion won building, altering the course of the story.

The weekend drama 'How to Become a Landlord in Korea' (hereafter referred to as 'Landlord') on tvN intensifies as the interests surrounding the Seyoon Building and redevelopment issues come to the forefront.

In this episode, Jang Hee-joo is taken aback when Yona (played by Shim Eun-kyung) and Jang Eui-sa (played by Lee Shin-ki) suddenly offer to buy the Seyoon Building for 3 billion won. She attempts to reverse the situation by sending a message to Ki Soo-jong (played by Ha Jung-woo) advising him not to sell the building. She meets him in person to reveal that during the redevelopment construction, relics were discovered, altering the zone, and the Seyoon Building is now included in this changed area.

Hee-joo particularly influences Soo-jong's decision by mentioning that if the largest building in Asia is constructed on the site, it could yield enormous profits. When it is revealed that Min Hwal-seong (played by Kim Jun-han) knew about the redevelopment information but did not inform his friend Soo-jong, Soo-jong, in anger, decides not to sell the Seyoon Building, changing the course of the plot.
