Korean Actress Kim Tae-hee Sells Luxury Hannam The Hill Residence for $95 Million Profit
Korean actress Kim Tae-hee has reportedly sold her luxury residence at Hannam The Hill in Seoul's Hannam-dong for approximately 12.7 billion KRW (around $95 million USD). Kim originally purchased the property in 2018 for 4.2 billion KRW, making an estimated profit of 8.5 billion KRW over seven years.

According to recent reports from the real estate industry, Kim sold the 233 square meter unit last November for 12.77 billion KRW. The property was initially acquired by Kim in August 2018 for 4.23 billion KRW, entirely in cash without any loans. This transaction highlights a significant profit margin of approximately 8.54 billion KRW.

What is Hannam The Hill?Hannam The Hill is a prestigious residential complex established in 2011 on the former Dankook University site in Hannam-dong. It comprises 32 buildings with 600 units, known for its low-rise design, expansive land share, and stringent security measures. The complex also features community facilities, walking paths, and landscaping. Notable residents include BTS member Jin, actor So Ji-sub, and families of major conglomerate leaders.

Meanwhile, Kim Tae-hee married singer and actor Rain in 2017, and the couple has two daughters.
