In this episode, comedians Lim Woo-il and Um Ji-yoon, along with 'value-for-money man' Kim Dae-ho, set out to find the perfect property for rookie comedian Ahn Hyun-woo, who can't give up his 'flex life.' This particular house hunt is unprecedented in 'Holmes' history, as it will be conducted without prior arrangements. The team will listen to the client's requirements on-site and search for properties in real-time.

After checking out Ahn Hyun-woo's home, the trio visits the residence of rookie comedian Son Yoo-dam, known as the 'MZ thrifty person.' The moment they enter, they are greeted by a compact studio layout, with a refrigerator spilling into the entrance due to the small kitchen. Son Yoo-dam's resourceful use of space, such as using a desk as both a dining table and vanity, and neatly stacking coats on a chair, impresses even Lim Woo-il, the entertainment industry's representative penny-pincher.

Additionally, she shares OTT subscriptions with friends to split the cost, prompting Lim Woo-il to jokingly ask, "Who's the host? Are all the slots taken?" as he attempts to join her account, drawing laughter.

Ahn Hyun-woo presents a challenging property requirement: 'Located in Mapo-gu, 5 million won deposit, 500,000 won monthly rent, above ground, two-room.' Despite the daunting task, Lim Woo-il confidently states, "I've lived near Sangsu-dong in Mapo-gu for 13 years." The trio hits the streets without any pre-arranged properties to explore.
