Chef Park Eun-young, known for her appearance on Netflix's 'Black and White Chef', brought laughter to 'Wendy's Young Street' by expressing her determination not to lose a dance-off to Chef Jung Ho-young.

On the October 18th broadcast of SBS PowerFM (107.7MHz) 'Wendy's Young Street', Chef Park Eun-young shared updates and various anecdotes. As soon as she appeared on the show, listeners flooded her with questions.

Gratitude Towards Chef Son Jong-won

Recently rising in popularity, Chef Park Eun-young expressed her desire to learn from Chef Son Jong-won, particularly in French cuisine. She shared her experiences of visiting his restaurant several times to learn. Despite most chefs being reluctant to open their kitchens, Chef Son generously shared his operational know-how and inspiration while she was preparing her new venture, for which she expressed heartfelt gratitude.

Conversely, she humorously mentioned Chef Choi Hyun-seok as someone she wouldn't want to learn from, citing his charismatic yet challenging demeanor.

More Pride in Dance than Cooking

Additionally, Park Eun-young revealed her preference for winning the Best Performance Award over the Best Chef Award at the 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator Awards' held last January. She humorously shared that losing a dance-off to Chef Jung Ho-young would hurt her pride more than losing a cooking challenge to Chef Kwon Sung-joon.

When asked by a listener which would hurt her pride more, losing to Chef Kwon in cooking or to Chef Jung in dancing, she chose Chef Jung without hesitation. Park explained that while cooking is a field where losing is always possible, she has been putting a lot of effort into her performances lately, making a loss more pride-hurting. She also mentioned that she has been taking Pilates to become more flexible, inviting anticipation for her future performances.
