On the 19th, it was reported in the music industry that Lee Mujin, VIVIZ, and B.O notified their agency of the contract termination due to major violations and trust issues. Big Planet Made Entertainment responded, "The matter is not fully concluded," and added, "We are making efforts to facilitate the smooth activities of our artists."

Nine Members of THE BOYZ Also Seek Contract Termination, New to Stay

On the same day, several members of THE BOYZ also requested to end their contractual relationship with Big Planet Made Entertainment's parent company, One Hundred Label. While member New decided to stay after discussions, Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo, and Eric have resolved to leave.

Their legal representative, Attorney Kim Moon-hee from Yulchon LLC, stated, "Due to the agency's contract violations, trust has been irreparably damaged, leading to the termination notice on February 10th." The representative highlighted issues such as unpaid settlements since July last year, inadequate on-site support, and delayed staff payments.

One Hundred Label has expressed their inability to accept these demands. The company countered, "We intended to provide management support, including managers and practice rooms, as before, but the members refused."
