Her panic over her father Mo Seon-kyu's (played by Kim Tae-hoon) depression, and her continued struggles to find direction even after entering college, are portrayed with detailed precision, reflecting the facets of an anxious youth. Her tears upon parting with Yeon Tae-seo, after briefly pursuing her dream of becoming a hotelier, vividly convey Mo Eun-ah's complex emotions.
Ten years later, Mo Eun-ah returns to Seoul and unexpectedly encounters Yeon Tae-seo, now a subway driver. Kim Min-ju poignantly captures the emotional reunion with Yeon Tae-seo, moving the audience.
