K-Pop Star Kim Hee-jae to Shine as Romeo in Upcoming Musical
Korean singer Kim Hee-jae is set to make another leap in his career by taking on both stage and musical performances in 2026.

Kim Hee-jae will star as Romeo in the musical 'Romeo and Juliet,' which opens on the 24th at the KEPCO Art Center in Seoul. His first performance is scheduled for the 25th at 2:30 PM, and the show has already sold out, showcasing his strong ticket-selling power.

'Romeo and Juliet' first premiered in Korea in 2009, making a significant impact and showcasing the essence of French musicals. This season, returning to Korea after 17 years, the production retains the original's philosophy while being upgraded with a more sophisticated touch.
